3. Purposes and lawful bases

We use data to answer your request, assess a property, and prepare a proposal when requested. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. Technical data is used for security, abuse prevention, and service operation on the basis of legitimate interests.

Marketing communications are not sent from this form without a separate lawful basis. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

4. Recipients and transfers

Contact-form data is sent to Brevo to deliver email to the Rezzide team. The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics. These suppliers act as service providers for the stated purposes and under applicable contractual safeguards.

If a supplier processes data outside the EEA, Rezzide will apply the transfer mechanism required by the GDPR, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Contact requests that do not lead to a contractual relationship are kept for 12 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where there is a contract, data is kept for the relationship and applicable legal retention periods.

Cookie preferences are retained for 12 months unless changed or withdrawn earlier.

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and, where applicable, withdraw consent. Send your request to info@rezzide.com, specifying the right you wish to exercise. Rezzide will respond without undue delay and normally within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD). This website does not make solely automated decisions or profile visitors in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Security and changes

Rezzide applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls and secure transmission. This Policy may be updated when processing, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
